Enhance your ability to communicate more effectively. Develop your influencing and persuading skills and learn how to communicate confidently and professionally without undermining your personal integrity. As a manager, recognise the link between how you influence or persuade others to your point of view to achieve your objectives. From start to finish, this course is about the 'how to' approach and is focused on all the practical workplace applications, including a comprehensive self assessment profile and guidelines for effective change.
This two day course is all about practical and action-orientated skills development and has been designed to help you to become more confident, persuasive and influential at work. The combination of group learning, feedback in a supportive environment and practical exercises, means that you will leave with a real sense of what you can personally achieve. You will also complete a comprehensive communications style questionnaire and the outputs will help you develop a priority list of your key skills and techniques as learned from the course.
