A highly practical follow-up workshop to ‘People Management Skills for New Supervisors and Team Leaders’ focused on reviewing how you’ve applied your new skills & how you can become even more effective in your role.

This workshop has been specifically designed to give you an opportunity to critically review your new skills since attending the course. Have you seen a difference in the way you work? What issues have you come up against? Which of the new skills have you had difficulty in applying? What areas do you need further support in? You’ve invested time and money in attending the initial course – this follow-up enables you to ensure that it’s making a real difference to your performance. 

The workshop also provides an ideal forum to share experiences and insights with other supervisors and team leaders who are also in the early stages of their managerial career.
