Session 1 : People Skills and the Emotionally Intelligent Project Manager
One of the hot topics of the moment - especially with the drive for the profession to gain Chartered status - is the debate around the importance of the so-called Soft people skills required of a project manager.
This one hour session will take the form of a debate around the audiences thoughts, concerns and general comments about the importance of the 'softer edge' of project management.

Session 2: Managing Risk in Turbulent Times
In the current economic environment the need to identify and manage project risk has never been more important.
This one hour seminar/workshop/briefing will use the APMG Management of Risk as the basis for its content. The seminar will cover theoretical and practical applications of proactive risk management.

Session 3: The Ten Golden Rules for Successful Agile Projects
Using agile approaches on projects has become very popular of late. There are many success stories from organisations who have embraced the new ethos. However, some projects have been more successful than others. This presentation will describe the ten golden rules you need to adopt in order to increase your chances of success. These rules will help you turn your projects from being ok into projects that are excellent!
This session will identify:
