Hemsley Fraser work with IT teams to develop skills, knowledge and behaviours to drive business performance. This includes:

• Development of business skills of technical specialists, providing skills and confidence as value adding consultants, using a practical but research based process and supporting tools.  See Image A below ‘From Engagement to Solution’.
• Development of behaviours, based on best practice in relationship management to support interactions between the IT function and the business.  See Image B below. 
• Project management disciplines and processes.

• Definition of the ‘customer experience’ from IT and translation into a ‘promise’ to the business – which is communicated and measured.
