Hemsley Fraser wins Emerald Literati Network 2008 Award for Excellence

Hemsley Frasers Wendy Brooks and Karen Hulme have just won a Highly Commended award from the Emerald Literati Network for their article on the Five Key Principles that Guarantees Results.
The paper, which was published in Training & Management Development Methods, was chosen following consultation amongst the journals team, many of whom are eminent academics or managers. According to the network, Wendy and Karens paper was Selected because it was one of the most impressive pieces of work the team has seen throughout 2007.
The Five Key Principles cover the steps that are needed to create value from learning and development, including reference to the underpinning measurement and evaluation. Drawing from both research and practical experience, this organising framework enables client and advisors to work in effective partnership.
