Overview
Change can be upsetting for individuals and organisations alike.
It can also be a powerful motivator and positive contributor to our lives.
This session will explore how you can see change as a positive rather than painful event. By understanding that you need change in your lives, you will learn your individual approach and resistance to change along with some tools to achieve and control the process.
- Participants will examine the change curve, find out about their change resilience using a questionnaire, use the direction change model, and then carry out a force field analysis.
