Key questions that will be explored with you using a variety of tools and techniques to keep your minutes accurate, brief and clear.
You can enjoy minute taking, honestly, there are many advantages to being the most important person in the meeting, and we will change the way you view one of your potentially least favourite jobs.
- Participants will look at the benefits of recording good minutes, how to plan for a meeting, three creative methods of note taking, examine listening barriers and carry out a skills practice.
- Participants will leave with an A3 handout session summary.
