Overview
Course duration: 5 days.
M_o_R was published in 2002 by the Office of Government Commerce to encourage public and private sector organisations to adopt a structured approach to managing threats and uncertainties across all aspects of their businesses. In the light of the Turnbull Report, terrorism, financial irregularities and rapidly changing global conditions, the need to identify and manage risks is increasingly important.
This course is an in depth study of the M_o_R method and includes the highly valued Foundation and Practitioner exams. The course and exam are based on a case study featuring a large organisation facing major strategic change.

Is it right for me?
This course is suited to individuals whose work requires a controlled approach to managing risk. The course is likely to be particularly relevant to senior people responsible for areas such as: business processes, security, premises and other areas of legal compliance and risk.
